The High Risk Clinic is located on the 1st floor of Valley House.
Valley House is located directly across from the main entrance to the Credit Valley Hospital.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

A registered nurse is available to answer your questions or concerns during these hours. Please leave a message. Calls will be returned within 24 hours. If you are experiencing an emergency and you are less than 20 weeks pregnant please go to your nearest hospital. If you are greater than 20 weeks pregnant please go directly to the labour and delivery unit at the Credit Valley Hospital.

The High Risk Clinic was opened in 2000 to accommodate pregnant women with medical conditions in pregnancy. We accept patients by referral from attending physicians. The clinic strives to provide families with comprehensive assessment and referral to appropriate specialists in their own community.
Currently we provide physician attended appointments Tuesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday mornings. We have an obstetrician and /or perinatologist available at these times. An endocrinologist, diabetic nurse specialist and dietitian provide diabetic patients with convenient centralized care on Thursday and Friday mornings also.
